A promo link is shareable. You set a cap. Each claim adds a guest, credited to the member who holds the link. On Solo, those links are in the owner's name.

Who brought whom
The club sees the guest on the list, credited to the promoter who holds the link. The live count is the night: checked in, still expected, admissions left. The link shows how many claims are left against its cap.
Two kinds of link
A named invite is not a promo link
A guest invite is for one named person. They open their own link and answer going or declined. A promo link is for anyone who claims it, up to the cap.

The club works from one list. The promoter shares one link. Claims on that link are credited to them. There is no separate guest app.
The list the door uses is the club guest list. Check-in is the door check-in app.
Solo
Free when it is just you
Solo is free. One seat, 50 admissions on an event, and guest invites and promo links in your name. A card is only asked for when the organisation moves to Team or Venue. Prices exclude VAT.
A crew
Team when other promoters join
Team is €19/mo for 10 crew seats: unlimited promoters and door staff on an event, link caps, attribution. Venue is €79/mo for 40 crew seats. Someone added only to an event does not use a seat on those plans. Solo's one seat is the owner.

How do promoters get credit for their guests?
A promo link is shareable and capped. Claiming it adds a guest, credited to the member who holds the link.
Can I cap how many people a promoter brings?
Yes. Each promo link has a cap. Solo also stops at 50 admissions on an event. Team and Venue have no admission cap on an event.
Does each promoter need a paid seat?
On Team and Venue, no. Someone added only to an event — as a promoter, on the door, or as a co-host — does not use a crew seat. Solo is one seat, the owner, and promo links on Solo are in the owner's name.
Can a promoter work for multiple clubs?
You add a promoter to an event. One organisation holds every event. On Team and Venue that promoter does not use a crew seat. Another club is another organisation, with its own list.
What does the guest see when they claim a promo link?
They open the link in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to make. Claiming it adds them as a guest, credited to the member who holds the link.
Is it free for a solo promoter?
Yes. Solo is free: one seat, 50 admissions on an event, and guest invites and promo links in your name. A card is only asked for when you move to Team or Venue. Prices exclude VAT.
