Guest invites
A named person, a personal link, an answer. Going adds them to the door list. Declined gives the spot back.
The guest list app for clubs and promoters. Invites, promo links and one-tap check-in at the door. Guests answer a link. Staff find the name.

How it works
1
Add guests by hand, send a guest invite to someone by name, or share a promo link with a cap. One organisation, every event.
2
A guest invite is a personal link. Going or declined, in the browser. No app and no account. Answering puts their name on the door list.
3
Search the name and tap once. Check-in is an append-only log, so two phones at the same entrance stay in agreement, including when the venue has no signal.
The door
The list on the door is the same list you built. Search works the way a noisy entrance needs it to: a name, a tag, a note, then one tap. The count is the night, not a spreadsheet you update after.
On the night
A named person, a personal link, an answer. Going adds them to the door list. Declined gives the spot back.
One shareable link with a cap. Each claim is a guest, credited to the member who holds the link.
Checked in, still expected, and how many admissions are left. Solo stops at 50 on an event. Team and Venue do not.
Team is 10 seats, Venue is 40. Door staff and promoters on an event do not take a seat on those plans.
iPhone
Organisers run Lizzi on the web. The person at the entrance opens the same list in the Lizzi iPhone app: search, check in, and keep going when the signal drops.
Android is not available.

No. A guest opens their own link and answers going or declined. There is nothing to install and no account to make. The door already has the name.
A guest invite is for one named person. A promo link is shareable and capped; claiming it adds a guest, credited to the member who holds the link. On Solo, those links are in the owner's name.
Staff keep checking people in. Each check-in is a signed change on that phone, and the phones agree again when they can reach each other. Name search does not need a camera.
Solo is one seat, the owner. Team has 10 crew seats and Venue has 40. On Team and Venue, someone added only to an event — on the door, as a promoter or as a co-host — does not use a seat.
Yes. One seat, 50 admissions on an event, and guest invites and promo links in your name. A card is only asked for when the organisation moves to Team or Venue. Prices exclude VAT.
The door finds a name and checks that guest in with one tap. A scan control can sit beside search when a guest carries a ticket code. Refusing the camera still leaves the list.
