Check-in is an append-only log of signed changes. Two phones at the same entrance stay in agreement. Each check-in is a signed change on that phone, and the phones agree again when they can reach each other.

A scan control can sit beside search when a guest carries a ticket code. It does not replace the list. Refusing the camera still leaves every name.

The count is the night: checked in, still expected, and how many admissions are left. Solo stops at 50 on an event. Team and Venue do not.

Door staff do not use a seat
On Team and Venue, someone added only to an event — on the door, as a promoter or as a co-host — does not use a crew seat. Team has 10 crew seats, €19/mo. Venue has 40, €79/mo. Prices exclude VAT.

Organisers run Lizzi on the web. The person at the entrance opens the same list in the Lizzi iPhone app. Android is not available.
