How it works
Build the list, they answer, then the door
A guest invite is a personal link. The guest opens it in the browser and answers going or declined. No app and no account. Going puts the name on the door list. Declined gives the spot back.

Promoters
Each promoter, a capped link
A promo link is shareable and capped. Each claim is a guest, credited to the member who holds the link. On Team and Venue, a promoter added only to the event does not use a crew seat.

The door
Find the name, tap once
The list on the door is the same list you built. Search takes a name, a tag or a note, then one tap. The type is large enough to read at arm's length.
Check-in is an append-only log, so two phones at the same entrance stay in agreement, including when the venue has no signal. Name search does not need a camera.

Admissions left
The live count is who is checked in, who is still expected, and how many admissions are left. Solo stops at 50 admissions on an event. Team and Venue have no admission cap on an event.
A guest can say how many people they are bringing. A declined invite gives the spot back. A promo link also stops at its own cap.
Crew
Seats are for the crew
Solo is one seat, the owner. Team has 10 crew seats and Venue has 40. On Team and Venue, someone added only to an event — on the door, as a promoter or as a co-host — does not use a seat.
